About Us

Having found my calling as a massage therapist, I hope to create a space that will help to facilitate health, healing, and comfort.  I have acquired my training through the academics of massage therapy at The Center for Natural Wellness.  The experience amounted to a well rounded course of study that was not only informative, but life changing as well.

My studies at the center not only include various massage modalities, but also teach the science involved.  Modalities include Swedish, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Polarity, and many others.  Sciences of Pathology, Myology/Kinesiology, Neurology, and Anatomy/Physiology were apart of the educational intake as well.

I believe in using my ability to heal to effectively help others in their causes.  While in school I participated in various community events like the AidsWalk, Delmar Dash, and performed community services massage at St. Peter's Hospital hospice program.

I have lived and worked in the center square of Albany, New York for over seven years.  I hope that Lark Massage will be another part of what makes our neighborhood and our city a great place to be!
